Elohá

Born in Rio Grande do Sul, Elohá has been painting since childhood but it wasn't until 2004 when she decided to further her artistic talents under the guidance of Luiz Badia, a Novica featured artist. Since then she's participated in several important exhibitions throughout Brazil, and has received many Honorary Mentions, five bronze medals, 4 silver and 5 gold medals. In May 23, 2007, she was awarded the Grand Gold Necklace and Artistic Commendation of the Visual Arts by the government of Rio de Janeiro.

"I've always enjoyed painting and expressing my feelings through the canvas. My inspiration comes from all that surrounds me," Elohá tells us.

"I love to travel and visit big city museums. My travels have enriched my cultural patrimony as well as helped me to improve and enrich my style."
