Clifford Kwesi Banson

"My name is Clifford Kwesi Banson. When my parents realized I had a good potential in painting, they decided to help me to build up my talent, beside my professional studies, which is Accounting. I started serious painting since then.

"My greatest strength is in the simplicity with which I compose my paintings. This is my way of using primary and secondary colors to produce a very pleasing painting. I use other colors and shapes to give many dimensions to my composition, showing traditional contemporary life in Ghana in many ways and with freshness. The result compels our admiration and recognition. Currently, many of my paintings are exhibited in local galleries."
