"I began painting when I was about four years old. My desire to design and to pass this form onto canvas soon began to grow inside of me. My academic background is in publicity and marketing, so my contact with art was frequent and it seduced me.

"I tried to transfer to the canvas my knowledge and studies in art. University gave me the knowledge and the technical details to combine color and form in my work. I used the assignments I was given to give free reign to my creativity, paint with many colors and invent many forms.

"Ideas come into my mind and tap into my will to express a certain landscape that has been caught by my eye. They consume me as I try to associate them freely with my unconscious and let the images flow. Forms, sometimes misshapen, create for me a picture of reality that relies on shapes and colors.

"I don't worry about scale or details. The important thing about my art is the life I wish to transmit, which is accompanied by the experiences of perceiving those images."
